| DESCRIPTION: This will be the one and only class at NTI where you will ever taste something Icky—Icky beer that has, along with their other fabulous microbrews, made Tom Young and his Great Basin Brewery famous. In this hands-on class, we grill up some dishes worthy of Tom’s beer with Tom and new owner, Chef Mark Estee. Grab your tongs and meet us at the grill!
