DESCRIPTION: This class culminates the Nothing to It! Techniques Series by teaching you how to create your own emulsified sauces (aioli and mayonnaise) and perfect your pan-frying techniques. For dessert, you learn the techniques to make your frozen desserts turn out great every time. You will receive your very own NTI diploma at a special graduation ceremony. Get out those cookbooks, get cooking, and remember, there’s Nothing to It!
