DESCRIPTION: You’re really cookin’ now! Cooking and eating well is a fundamental part of the “Good Life.” This class starts off with an exploration of different cheeses from around the globe and where they fit into a good meal. Then, you learn the proper dry-heat cooking techniques for broiling and grilling meats. Discussion and tasting includes bean varieties, as well as using different types of berries in desserts.
