Creating a meal together is one of the best ways to enjoy quality time. Gathering, preparing and grilling the ingredients sets a relaxed pace for an evening with each other. We will answer common grilling questions including techniques, working as a couple, “doneness” and tips for making different types of food on the grill. All this while we enjoy a beautiful Nevada summer evening. Can't beat it! MENU: Grilled Vegetable Salad wirh and Herby Dijon Dressing, Proscuitto Wrapped Pork Loin, Mediterranean Cod, Berry Biscotti Crisp   CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cannot attend class, call us at (775) 826-2628 48 HOURS BEFORE the class and we will give you credit towards a future class. If you cancel after this time or miss a class, no refunds or credit will be given but you can have the class handout which includes the recipes. If there is a waiting list for the class you cancel and we can fill your space, we will give you credit towards a future class. If you are unable to attend class, you may send someone in your place.
